There is no tuition refund for holidays, illness, vacation days, weather related cancellations or other absences
You must provide the school with written notice at least one week prior to withdrawal.
Should you withdraw your child in the middle of a program, you will be responsible for paying tuition until the child officially leaves the program. Children withdrawn during the middle of the week will receive a prorated daily amount due on the last day of attendance.
On occasion, we may have special celebrations for the students. These planned special events can include: Halloween, Thanksgiving, December Holidays, President’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday, Valentine’s day, and St. Patrick’s day, among others. The festivities are simple and in conjunction with educational activities to tie the event back to the topic of the week.
We are sensitive to the multicultural nature of our community. We strive to include cultural diversity in our celebrations whenever possible.
