Tuition & Payment Policy

When a student is registered for a program payment is due on the Monday of their first week of attendance or on their first weekday of attendance. A late payment notice is sent after a 2-week lapse in payment. If no payment is received for 3 weeks the child will be dis-enrolled along with a notice of dis-enrollment.


Weekly Tuition

  • $160 per child per week Due Mondays: Cash, Check, or Money Order accepted
  • Each returned check is subject to a $30.00 service charge.
  • There is no tuition refund for holidays, illness, vacation days, weather related
    cancellations or other absences.

Withdrawal from the Program

Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the school must provide a statement, in writing, at least 1 week prior to the discontinuation of the child’s participation in the program.

If a child is withdrawn during a program, parents will be responsible for paying the child’s tuition until the child leaves the program. If a withdrawal occurs during the middle of a week, a prorated daily amount will be due on the last day of attendance.

Holidays and Other Celebrations

Planned special occasions can include: Halloween, Thanksgiving, December holidays, President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Valentine’s Day, and St. Patrick’s Day, among others.

Festivities are simple and usually in conjunction with some curricular activities. The school is sensitive to the multicultural nature of our community and includes cultural diversity in its celebrations whenever possible.
